What does a Case Manager do?

Case Managers

Put simply, a Case Manager’s job is to support the client in meeting their needs, promote the client’s wellbeing, improve the client’s quality of life and independence as much as possible.

To achieve this, the Case Manager will initially carry out an assessment which identifies the client’s needs. Such assessments are usually referred to as an INA (Initial Needs Assessment or Immediate Needs Assessment).
