Jane is an experienced social work leader with over 14 years of experience across adult social care, safeguarding, mental capacity, and service transformation. She is currently a Head of Service in her role outside OFH Care and has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, driving service improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes for adults with complex needs.

Alongside her leadership role, Jane works independently as a mental capacity assessor and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) assessor, undertaking complex assessments and providing expert advice to local authorities, providers, and legal professionals. She is passionate about promoting rights-based practice, ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and supporting individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Jane is recognised for her strong analytical skills, person-centred approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality, legally robust assessments and reports.
